What was in 2013 Edge towing package?

I know a class II hitch & hookup for lights but was there additional equipment like transmission & differential fluid cooler?

Reason I ask. My daughter and her husband have offered me their 61,000 mile 2013 V6 FWD Ford Edge at a reasonable price but I want to be able to tow a small travel trailer, perhaps to 2,000 pounds. I obviously could have uhaul add a hitch to it but I am concerned that I would be missing some other necessary equipment.

Hello Gary,
No additional equipment for your model or any other model, the tow package has been the same since the Edge's inception in 2007.

The Ford Edge 53G Class II Trailer Tow Package includes the following:

• Class II Trailer Hitch
• 4-Pin Wiring Harness
• Trailer Sway Control

Your model has a 3,500 lb. braked towing capacity and an unbraked towing capacity of 1,500lbs.
