2019 Edge ST

At 11k mi. my Edge ST brakes suddenly felt soft, less aggressive than when new. Ford shop found nothing in error codes. Tech drove and said it felt ok. I loved the right-by-god-now feel. Very disappointed. Any Similar experiences? Solutions?

My brakes on my Edge ST feel a lot softer than my 2016 Explorer I traded in. Just FYI
