2023 Ford Edge ST Sync 4 Incomplete Vehicle Menu and no wifi connectivity.

My 2023 Ford Edge ST Sync 4 version 23045 has an Incomplete Vehicle Menu and lacks of wifi connectivity.
1.-Vehicle options, just have two:
-rear camera delay and
-rear passenger alert.
2.-Connectivity options, only bluetooth and hotspot. Does not appear wifi networks option for internet connection.
My questions.
1.-Is there any way to add vehicle configuration options?, for example: driver assist, alarm system, etc.
2.-How to update sync 4? or install software updates?
