2021 Edge ST with Performance Brake

how much have you paid for rear brakes for a 21 Edge ST with performance brake package? Mine are at 3 mm now and need to be replaced. Fronts are still good at 8mm Dealer is quoting around $700. Is it worth it to have a non dealer shop perform the rear brake drop? Thanks in advance!
